Rhett Sampson is the founder and managing director of Converged Pty. Ltd. He is also the founder and principal consultant of technology advisers PacTel Pty. Ltd. Prior to founding Converged, Rhett developed hosted IP telephony and contact centre business in Asiapac for Avaya. Previously, Rhett was the founder and CEO of a wireless Internet service provider, Xone Pty. Ltd., and was the founder responsible for building a wholesale international call business, Transglobal Exchange. Rhett was also the Australian country manager and then global sales manager for Biztone.com, an accounting application service provider. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, is a qualified mediator and has held the voluntary role of NSW convener for the Australian Telecommunications Users Group.

Chris Gilbey is a founding partner of Perceptric Partners
www.perceptric.com. He is an internationally recognized expert in the field of convergent technologies. He has extensive experience in content and IP and, as well as being a senior executive in several global entertainment companies, has produced records, TV programs and written two books, one of which predicted the rise of the music download phenomenon and peer to peer networks. He has led successful global business initiatives, with particular focus on creating fusion marketing plays that involve aligning diverse corporate goals. His primary focus currently is to establish neural networks of opportunity and benefit between the key Asian tiger economies of Japan, Korea, Taiwan and of course China on the one hand and the US on the other. Until the end of 2004 he was CEO of Australian Digital Sound Processing company, Lake Technology Limited. Chris helped lead the sale of Lake to Dolby Laboratories, which is now listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
